Refund Policy:

At LPN Ventures, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Website Design and Development, SEO, PPC, Graphic Design, and Software Development Services: Refunds are available if the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the initial contract or proposal.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the completion of the project or service.
To request a refund, customers must submit a detailed explanation of the issue via email to contact@lpnventures.com, along with any relevant documentation or evidence.

Delivery Policy:

LPN Ventures primarily offers digital services, so goods are not physically shipped. Website design and development, SEO, PPC, graphic design, and software development services are delivered electronically or remotely. The timeline for delivery varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as agreed upon between LPN Ventures and the client.

Return Policy:
As our services are primarily digital, physical returns are not applicable. However, if a client is unsatisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy outlined above.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel subscriptions or reservations under the following conditions:

Subscription Services: Customers can cancel recurring subscription services at any time by providing written notice to LPN Ventures at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Reservations for Projects or Services: Customers may cancel project reservations by providing written notice to LPN Ventures at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Any deposits or prepayments made will be subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
